Bar One Events are experts in providing exceptional
mobile bar services to weddings, corporate events,
festivals, and private parties across Yorkshire.
We can tailor our services specifically to suit your event
with our mobile bar, custom converted horse box
for gin, prosecco & cocktails or our dedicated shots bar.

We understand just how special
your event really is, so it is paramount
to us that we provide passionate
bartenders and helpful, supportive staff.
Our dedicated events manager will
be on hand to help your event run
smoothly and available to answer
any queries.

CASH BAR
As with all events the host is able to
tailor the menu to their liking but with
the cash bar options guest pay
(with cash or card)
for exactly what they order!

OPEN BAR
Just as customisable as the cash bar,
the open bar option allows you to put
a set amount of money behind the
bar meaning drinks are served
at no extra cost to your guests.
THE BEER VAN

We have chosen a select few Beers & Ciders
we will be serving at Bar One.

Special requests can also be catered for.

ABOUT THE
BEER VAN
With the capability to supply up to 9 lines
of ice cold lager and cider.
An ideal addition to your wedding,
private party, corporate event or festival.
Beer Van hire comes complete with a team
of friendly & helpful fully trained staff.
Bar options include a straight forward
pay bar / tab bar / or a mix.
We can supply all in one drink package
options plus arrival drinks.
Hire of the Beer Van is free,
for each hire a min spend allocation of £1000 must be met.
For weddings and private events in the West Yorkshire area
we do not charge a travel fee, for events outside
of this we charge £1 per mile travelled.

Our newly converted Gin, Prosecco & Cocktail bar is
an ideal addition to your wedding,
private party, corporate event or festival.
The Gin & Prosecco Bar comes complete with a team
of friendly & helpful fully trained staff.

We can supply all in one drink package
